I’m Jenny — a guide and teacher for women walking the path of awakening, transition, and remembrance.

My own initiation unfolded during a season of profound change: living with chronic illness, moving through the collective upheaval of the pandemic, and entering a threshold of deep personal transformation. What first felt like a convergence of endings became an invitation — to listen more closely to my body, my intuition, and the natural rhythms shaping all life.

Through this passage, I came to understand change not as something to fix or push through, but as sacred terrain. A place where identity softens, wisdom sharpens, and the soul begins to lead. I began weaving together spiritual tools that honor the whole being — energy work, somatic awareness, daily ritual, and a conscious relationship with the Earth’s sacraments 🍄🌵 — to support healing, clarity, and embodied growth.

Today, I walk beside women at many stages of life — those standing at crossroads, feeling the stirrings of awakening, navigating transitions, or sensing a quiet call for something more aligned and true. My work supports the spiritual and energetic dimensions of change, helping you meet each chapter not as an ending, but as a portal into deeper self-trust, sovereignty, and connection to your inner knowing.
