Join us in our stunning salt studio for a women’s ecstatic dance and sound bath experience designed to bring you back into your body, your breath, and your inner rhythm.

We’ll begin with one hour of ecstatic dance—an open, judgment-free space to move your body however you desire. No choreography, no expectations—just music, energy, and the freedom to explore your own creative flow. Let yourself shake off the week, awaken your senses, and connect to the power of embodied expression in a supportive, heart-centered space.

After the dance, we’ll gently transition into a lovely sound bath—inviting you to soften, receive, and integrate. Surrounded by soothing frequencies and grounding vibrations, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation, allowing your nervous system to settle and your body to fully restore.

This is an evening for connection—within yourself and alongside other women—where movement meets stillness, and expression melts into peace.
